Mom, Do You Want More Me Time?
Written by Aurelia Williams from http://www.reallifecoaching.net on October 6th, 2008 | 0 CommentsLet’s see. You did the laundry, dropped the boys off at Karate and the girls at dance class, stopped at the grocery store for a few last minute dinner items…What’s missing? As you were taking care of everyone else all day long, did you remember to take care of yourself? I know it can be hard to carve out space for you, since being a mom is a full time job, but taking care of yourself helps you have the strength and energy to keep taking care of everyone else, from your children to the snake your son left in the pocket of his dirty jeans.

Providing a Service? But That’s Not Passive Income!
Written by Alice Seba from http://www.internetmarketingsweetie.com on October 5th, 2008 | 0 CommentsBecause I love to see people get the most out of their online businesses and personal lives too, I always encourage business owners to create as much passive income as possible. That way, you’ll have time for the more important things in your life. Still, when we are in need of money, the Internet is a GREAT place to start building an income by providing a service to others. If you decide to provide a service as a means of making money from home, always make sure you are making the most of your time and are working to create the easiest to manage service business as you possibly can.
Stop Complaining and Make a Change
Written by Alice Seba from http://www.internetmarketingsweetie.com on October 5th, 2008 | 0 CommentsLately, I’ve seen a lot of online service-based business complain that cheaper alternatives are driving them out of business. I’ve seen virtual assistants angry that anyone would work for US $10 per hour. I’m surprised by that anger because $10 is above the minimum wage in every single state in the U.S. and province in Canada (2005 statistics). Yes, I know running a VA business carries expenses, but many people working online just want enough to be able to stay home, instead of trudging to a crappy job. Good for them for being resourceful.

Written by Alice Seba from http://www.internetmarketingsweetie.com on October 5th, 2008 | 0 CommentsNo, I’m not talking about THAT kind of hooking up…this is a business article, for goodness sakes! I’m talking about building mutually beneficial relationships with other online business owners. That’s the kind of hooking up that will propel your business to long-term success.
